Engagement in reducing the "cost of energy" and increasing productivity in tower development Focus on lessons learned and continuous improvement of products and processes with standardization where possible YOUR PROFILE: A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar. Solid knowledge of international standards such as IEC 61400‑6, Eurocodes, Model Codes, and DIBt guidelines. Experience with finite element analysis (Ansys, Abaqus). Understanding of bolted flange connections, pretensioning systems, and fatigue analysis.
