In this role, you will: Steer the employee surveys for DHL Freight such as Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and HR Quality Survey (HRQS) end to end Act as contact person for country HR, global EOS / HRQS responsible and Senior Management Support data provision for target setting (HRQS & EOS) Drive corporate mandated programs and implement them in DHL Freight (e.g.
Your Impact Consolidation of releases and orders, as well as management and processing of the dispatch planning listResearching available freight capacities through online searches, freight exchanges, and the ERP systemManaging freight and loading space platforms such as Timocom or TelerouteConducting price negotiations, assigning transport orders, and sending relevant documentation to service providersProcessing complaints and clarifying transport invoices in cases of non‑performanceMonitoring lead times, pick‑up and delivery dates, and adjusting clearances and orders in case of deviationsReporting problematic loading and unloading locations to customer service and field sales teamsMarket observation, network maintenance, and preparation of analyses to optimize the transport network
